Due to our continued growth, we have a newly posted position for an experienced Infrastructure Support Engineer. The ISE will work closely with the Management and Security Analysts to design, implement manage ad continuously improve the Bank's systems and networking infrastructure. This position will actively participate in a variety of key Bank projects and programs.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; however other duties may be assigned as dictated by business need:  

1.) Demonstrates understanding of and commitment to the Bank’s ongoing mission, vision and core values  

2) Participates in the analysis, acquisition, installation, modification, performance monitoring, support, and continuous improvement process of the Bank infrastructure.  

3.) Works closely with Security Analyst to remediate vulnerabilities on Network infrastructure. Facilitates countermeasures and/or alternative approaches to address security exposures.  

4.) Creates and maintains documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, and process flow.  

5.) Possesses and demonstrates hands-on working knowledge of VMware vSphere clusters Administration.   

6.) Provides recommendations on infrastructure design and upgrading enterprise IT environments.  

7.) Ensures timely Network gear security updates are tested and deployed as outlined in the Banks patch management program.  

8.) Supports new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems.  

Qualification Requirements: Education and/or Experience:  

1.) BS in Computer Science and/or a combination of education and 5 years’ equivalent work experience.  

2.) Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Enterprise technologies and a demonstrated advancement in responsibilities and proficiencies in past roles.  

3.) Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, CISCO, Firewall, VOIP systems or demonstrated equivalent experience.  

4) Experience in Network design.  

5.) Network Skills: TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IPsec VPN), Layer2/3 switching, VLAN configuration, traffic shaping, and Firewall security policy and Design  

6.) Experience with virtualization technologies.  

7.) Fortinet experience a plus.  

8.) Experience with laptop and PC imaging, deployments, and hardware support.  

9.) Experience with Zoho products and other performance monitoring tools.  

10.) Experience with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016+ and Active Directory.  

11. Experience with iSCSI storage arrays.
