Manage Your Business's Money More Effectively

You wear a lot of hats for your business, so your time is valuable. Your bank should make managing your money as easy as possible. The online and mobile banking services offered at Newburyport Bank are the perfect way to manage your money more efficiently.


Online Banking

Managing your business’s money isn’t always convenient and often does not conform to normal business hours. Our online banking services allow you to maintain 24/7 access to your business accounts and offers several features that allow you to manage your finances from your computer. With online banking, you can:

  • Check your account balances
  • Transfer funds between your business accounts
  • Use Bill Pay to set up one-time or recurring payments to designated payees
  • Make loan payments
  • Enroll in eStatements to view your last 24 months of bank statements
  • Download your transaction history into Quicken® or QuickBooks®

To enroll in online banking, you can download, print and fill out our application. 

Once you’ve filled out the application, you can deliver it to us through one of the following methods:

  • Email to our online services department at onlineservices@newburyportbank.com (only include last four digits of social security number and account number on application.
  • Drop off at any of our locations
  • Fax to: 978-462-6703

Mobile Banking

Your phone goes everywhere with you now. To manage your business’s finances on the go, all you have to do is download our Mobile Banking App. Once you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll be able to:

  • View Your Account Balances
  • Transfer money between your accounts
  • Pay bills
  • Use your smartphone’s camera to deposit a check
  • Take advantage of purchase rewards.

Text Banking

You can still access your account from virtually any mobile phone with text banking. Once you’re enrolled, follow these commands:

  • Text 454545
  • Text “BAL” to view current and available balances for your primary designated account
  • Text “LAST” to view the last five transactions on your primary account
  • Text “BAL ALL” to view current balances for all your accounts

You can also set customized alerts, including balances alerts and transaction notices. To enroll in text banking:

  • Log in to online banking
  • Select the “Additional Services” tab
    • Select “Mobile Banking and Alerts”
    • Enter your cellphone number to receive an activation code
    • Designate your primary account

Telephone Banking

If you don’t have a smartphone or text banking isn’t for you, you can still access your account with any phone 24/7 with telephone banking. Call in to (877) 462-3136 to check you balances, cleared items, direct deposits and loan accounts. If you have not registered for Telephone Banking, or if you have any questions, please contact our Online Services Department at 978-462-3136 ext. 7189.
