The Newburyport Charitable Foundation has donated $20,000 to Our Neighbors’ Table (ONT) in Amesbury, MA. The purpose of the donation is to support the Seacoast Regional Food Hub, an initiative spearheaded by Our Neighbors’ Table to transform the food safety net in the Lower Merrimack Valley, Massachusetts.

Newburyport Bank has a long-standing partnership with Our Neighbors’ Table. In addition to offering financial support for their expanding facilities, Bank employees often volunteer with the organization, contributing to the Bank’s core mission of community support.

“For over 30 years Our Neighbors’ Table has been an invaluable resource in our community,” said John Burcke, Newburyport Bank President. “They focus on creating a welcoming and dignified environment for people to access the resources they need. The Seacoast Regional Food Hub is yet another important initiative they have undertaken and we are proud to support their efforts.”
